Situation BEFORE Aerovit Installation

The diagram shows the steam production of one boiler. Right after the manual cleaning session the steam production is about 18t/h, then after 2-3 weeks decreasing to 11-12 t/h. The final result of the dust accumulation process is a critical reduction of the steam production, which after approximately two months of operation decreases drastically where the manual cleaning is needed over again.

Steam production

AEROVIT system is installed in 2017 due to heavy fouling. The steam production of each boiler remains stable around 19 t/h.

Temperature

AEROVIT system has also influenced the temperature of the exhaust flue gases. The temperature has decreased with 60-80 °C.
